VIVA EUROPA 2013 JUNE 5 has unfortunately been cancelled. Confirmed and interested cities in 2013 have been duly informed and thanked for their enthusiastic support of the initiative.
The planned event, which will finally not take place, consisted of the following:
WHAT
VIVA EUROPA 2013 JUNE 5 consists in the live broadcast of the opera OTELLO by Giuseppe Verdi free of charge for participating cities and citizens in Europe.
WHERE
The opera will be performed at the Palau de les Arts Reina Sofía in Valencia (Spain) and simultaneously broadcast and enjoyed in all participating European cities on big screens in public places.
WHEN
5 June 2013 at 20:00 +2 GMT.
